1. ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

Train Your Needs First (TNF) £9.98 Programme provides education-based strength and movement content, including video lessons, community support and general guidance.

The programme is not a personalised medical, physiotherapy or rehabilitation service.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By joining TNF, you confirm that:
• You are 18 years or older
• You are physically able to take part in general exercise
• You will exercise within your own limits

If you have a medical condition, injury, or health concern, you should seek professional medical advice before participating.

3. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

All exercise carries inherent risk.

By participating in the TNF programme, you accept full responsibility for your health and physical well-being. Train Your Needs First, its owner, and affiliates are not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation.

4. NO MEDICAL ADVICE

TNF content is for educational purposes only.

It does not replace advice from a doctor, physiotherapist or other qualified healthcare professional.

5. MEMBERSHIP & PAYMENTS

• Membership costs £9.98 per month
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Membership renews automatically each month
• You may cancel at any time through Stripe

No refunds are provided for partial months.

6. ACCESS & CONDUCT

Members receive access to:
• Private video content
• WhatsApp community
• Live Q&A sessions (where applicable)

Respectful behaviour is required. TNF reserves the right to remove any member who disrupts the community without refund.

7. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

All TNF content remains the intellectual property of Train Your Needs First.

You may not reproduce, share, or resell content without written permission.

8. TERMINATION

TNF reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

PRIVACY POLICY (UK GDPR COMPLIANT)

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect:
• Name
• Email address
• Payment confirmation (via Stripe)
• Basic usage data (E.g Clicks, impressions, likes etc)

TNF does not store card details.

2. HOW YOUR DATA IS USED

Your information is used to:
• Provide programme access
• Communicate essential updates
• Manage memberships

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use trusted third-party platforms, including:
• Stripe (payments)
• Email service providers
• WhatsApp (community access)
• YouTube (video hosting)

These platforms have their own privacy policies.

4. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY

Reasonable measures are taken to protect your personal data.

Access is limited to what is necessary for programme operation.

5. YOUR RIGHTS
